Remanufactured Firsttone Toner
USA Toner with Premium Quality
Even with the recent movement to digital documentation, printers and paper documents are still a huge part of people’s everyday lives. Digital information can never completely replace printed information because certain things still need to be on paper. For example, leaflets, handouts, contracts, and many other things would never entirely work in digital format.
The frustrating thing about printing is that there has to be a supply of ink. Printer cartridges are the capsules that supply the printer with the toner powder that is needed to print on paper. It also has a photo-sensitive drum that pairs with the printer to regulate the amount of ink that is placed on the paper. In order for a cartridge to be classified as remanufactured, it has to be sent back to a manufacture after it is empty to be refilled and re-packaged for selling.
There are many benefits to purchasing remanufactured toner cartridges over brand new ones. For example, reusing any product is has a positive environmental impact and almost always saves money. Offices that purchase remanufactured cartridges can benefit the greatest because it can bring their cost of supplies down greatly.
The Remanufacturing Process
Once the empty cartridges are sent back to the manufacture, they are disassembled so that each part can be inspected for its structural integrity. The main components of the cartridges include the drum, corona wire, wiper blade, and the roller. If any of the parts are found to be worn out, defective, or broken, they are replaced. Everything is then cleaned up, reassembled, and the cartridge is re-filled. Most cartridges can be remanufactured several times before being thrown out.
